1. Institutional & Bulk Orders

All bulk orders placed with SURABHI UNIFORM are subject to final sample approval and written Purchase Order (PO) confirmation. Minor shade variations (+/- 5%) may occur across distinct textile dyeing batches in accordance with standard textile manufacturing norms.

2. Custom Logos & Embroidery

Institutions providing crest designs, artwork, or logos warrant that they possess all legal rights and copyrights to the specified trademark or badge graphics.

3. Payment Terms

Standard order terms require an advance deposit upon order approval, with the remaining balance payable upon dispatch or delivery as stated in the official invoice from our Solapur office.

4. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of contracts or transactions with SURABHI UNIFORM shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Solapur, Maharashtra, India.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Guidelines for Custom Uniform Orders & Exchanges

1. Order Cancellations

Because uniforms are customized with school-specific patterns and logos, cancellation requests can only be entertained within 48 hours of placing the advance deposit, provided fabric cutting has not commenced.

2. Defect Replacement & Size Exchange

If any delivered items exhibit manufacturing flaws (e.g. broken zippers, stitching defects) or size mismatch against the approved sizing chart, SURABHI UNIFORM will replace the affected garments free of cost within 7 working days of notice.

3. Return Claims Process

To initiate a return or exchange claim, please inform our team at info@lavishinterior.co.in or call 9911223271 with photos of the defective garment and invoice reference within 5 days of order receipt.
